This enables corporate clients to improve their candidate screening, avoid duplicating work and therefore reducing the cost of recruiting.
Broadbean was outgrowing their existing search system and needed a partner who could scale with their business. As well as performance, delivering high quality keyword and parametric search was essential. This was challenging because candidate data was in varying structures and formats.
The Artirix managed search service was the ideal solution. The platform scales to Broadbean’s needs without any oversight. Functional improvements include faster, simpler and higher quality search and navigation. The Broadbean service has delighted end users and now paves a path to add further functionality to the Broadbean application.
